I found so many recipes of yours that I am anxious to try. I love the IP because of its ease of use. So far, I have just adapted my old standby recipes to the IP — chill, roast, hash, several soups like chicken tortilla, cheesy poblano chicken, potato, vegetable beef. Often I have to adjust and change the function of the IP. It’s trial and error. I’m just concerned that my family may get tired of my experiments. That’s one reason I am so excited about your recipes. Thank you for your encouragement. You will be my main recipes source. By the way, I’m 71. Old dogs can learn new tricks.

Yes, Ma’am! We like a lot of sauce 😉 Hi Jennifer, I am sorry to hear that. I think your pot wasn’t hot enough when you pan-fry and yes the skinless tend to stick a little bit. I had the skin chicken thighs and the fat from the skin helped so it didn’t stick. In the future, if you want, you can pan-fry your chicken on a skillet first (stove top) and transfer over. But anyway, as long as it tastes good, your food doesn’t have to look like my pictures! :)
