I’m sorry the noodles turned out mushy for you. I haven’t had that happen with this recipe. I’d say you could reduce the cooking time by one minute next time and see if that helps. Your noodles should come out a little more al dente that way. 🙂

The leftovers are even better for lunches so I would make this much for me haha. But seeing as I am so new to instant pot cooking I’m not 100% sure about if the time would decrease. I would think the sauteing time would be faster but the pressure cooking would be about the same. Hope that helps!!

ABOUT INSTANT POT I made this recipe almost exact last night. I used a little more pasta and added a tiny bit of ranch seasoning and crushed pepper. It was absolutely delicious! Sauce thickened nicely after cooling a bit, I think the ranch seasoning helped. My teenage Son loved it. This one is definitely a keeper!!
